Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is authorized, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Timepiece

Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all manuals and warranty cards, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
